Zermatt is one of the most iconic mountain town’s in Switzerland especially because it has the most photographed mountain in the world, the Matterhorn. First we went on the Gornergrat train up to Riffelsee Lake to see the Matterhorn reflection on it’s waters. After we headed back down to Zermatt to take a funicular & cablecar up to Blauherd which is the strating point to the Five Lakes Hike. Up here we had an amazing lunch at Fluhalp Mountain Hut which has breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. Last but not least we took the highest cable car in the world up to Glacier Paradise.
